Boot Socks, otherwise known as ‘Welly Socks,” are a great addition to your winter wardrobe. They are rain boot liners that are made specifically for the purpose of wearing with your rubber Welly-style rain boots in cooler weather. They come in a variety of styles including fleece, faux fur, and cable knit wool in everything from simple colors to wild animal prints. So there’s really something for everyone. Welly socks are one of my favorite winter accessories because they’re a fun way to add color and texture to your outfit, and they’re also practical. Most people immediately think of the Hunter brand when they think of Welly socks, but there are tons of different brands and prices available.   Yes, of course!! This is a great look for anyone. And a friend gave me a great tip….you can cut the sleeves off of an old cable-knit sweater to make your own welly socks! Keep an eye out for end of season sales. I have a feeling that you’ll be able to find a pair of Hunter’s on clearance if you’re not too picky about the color
